- The general conditions are applicable to all treatments for Reconnective Healing® and/or The Reconnection® at the ORION practice.
- The client makes use of the services of ORION/Michael de Roo of his/her own free will. The client can never make any claims against the results and/or against the advice given. The client is under no obligation to inform ORION of the reason(s) for which he/she has come for a session.
- The client's personal information recorded by ORION is not public and are stored in ORION's archives after the session of the Reconnective Healing® and/or The Reconnection®.
- Payments are to be made before each session, by bank account or in cash. The client will receive an invoice for these payments, including the obligatory19% BTW (VAT) in the Netherlands.
- ORION / Michael de Roo will not offer any medical advice of any kind whatsoever. This is the task of your own doctor and other medically trained specialists. A treatment/session will therefore not be a substitute for treatment by your own doctor, medical specialist or other kind of medicine.
- Reconnective Healing® or Reconnection® is not given at home. Exceptions can be for clients who cannot move or can hardly move at all. But in that case always in consultation.
- ORION / Michael de Roo has taken out an accident insurance against possible physical injury sustained in the practice room of ORION. ORION / Michael de Roo cannot be held liable for injuries other than physical injury, sustained before, during or after a treatment.
- In case of sickness or other unforeseen circumstances through which the client cannot be present at the agreed time, the client and ORION will find an alternative date. A reasonable advance notification of 24 hours is requested from the client.
- If through unforeseen circumstances ORION cannot fullfil the agreement for a session, ORION undertakes to convey this to the client in good time and will look for an alternative date with the client.
- Every session with ORION will take place with the intention and the assignment to disseminate the light-frequency 333, as indicated, described and instructed by Dr. Erik Pearl.
- Reconnective Healing® is NOT intended to replace medical science. With illness you must consult your dictor, specialist or other dedicated physician. Reconnective Healing® aims to complement the existing standard aid.
